Carolyn A. Reyes

Carolyn attended Florida International University, earning her Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Psychology. She was on the Dean’s List and a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

 

Carolyn continued her studies at St. Thomas University School of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List and a member of Moot Court where she and her team successfully competed in oral argument competitions. During law school, Carolyn was a Certified Legal Intern for the family law division of Legal Aid of Miami, where she researched family law issues, drafted motions, memos and agreements for divorce, paternity, and child support cases, and successfully argued motions for clients. Legal Aid is where her interest and passion for family law first started.

 

Carolyn went on to receive her J.D. and was admitted to practice law in Florida. Currently, Carolyn is a member of the Family Law section and Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar as well as the First Family Law Inns of Courts.

 

Carolyn and her husband are the proud parents of three boys.

 

Carolyn is also a certified Supreme Court Family law mediator.

 

Carolyn and her staff are also fluent in Spanish.
